Nutty Irishman Hot Chocolate
Whenever holidays roll around, we like to get festive. So, sometime around March 1 every year, we turn our thoughts to St. Patrick’s Day and how we might make holiday standbys a little more chocolatey. This year, we’ve set our sights on converting the classic Nutty Irishman to a chocolatey, nutty and (a little less) boozy beverage to warm us on a brisk March day.
The traditional Nutty Irishman is a layered shot of hazelnut and Irish cream liqueurs, but it’s also often served as a cocktail mashup of hot coffee and Irish whiskey (your classic Irish coffee) with hazelnut and Irish cream liqueurs and topped with whipped cream. Because we believe chocolate makes everything better, we created our own Nutty Irishman Hot Chocolate, which brings together our premium hot chocolate (choose Milk Chocolate or Dark Chocolate) with hazelnut and Irish cream liqueurs, topped with a variety of festive garnishes. Try out our recipe below and get into the spirit(s)… literally.
If Nutty Irishmen aren’t your jam, rest assured we have lots of non-alcoholic sweet treats for the whole family in our St. Patrick’s Day collection.
