Irish Cream Truffle: creamy milk chocolate shell willed with a dark chocolate Irish Cream ganache and finished with a milky white chocolate drizzle. Irish Coffee Truffle: decadently dark chocolate shell filled with a dark chocolate whiskey and coffee ganache and finished with a sugar coffee sprinkle.
